PROFESSIONAL EXAMINATIONS - DECEMBER 2025 SERIES
Important Announcement to All Applicants
The Public Health Officers and Technicians’ Council (PHOTC) wishes to notify all eligible applicants about the upcoming December 2025 Professional Examinations. Kindly take note of the following important dates and instructions:
We take this opportunity to extend our best wishes to all prospective candidates as they prepare for their examinations.
i) Provisional List of Candidates
A provisional list of candidates will be posted on the Council’s website by Friday, 5th December 2025, for verification. Applicants are advised to confirm the status of their applications on the website accordingly. Please note, no further applications will be processed after the final list is posted. The Final List of candidates will be published on Thursday, 11th December 2025.ii) Online Applications for Examination
All eligible applicants must complete the online application process for professional examinations via the platform: osp.photc.orgApplication Schedule:
- Start Date: Thursday, 13th November 2025
- Deadline: Friday, 28th November 2025
iii) Examination Details
The December 2025 Professional Examinations will take place as follows:-
- Dates: Monday, 15th December 2025, to Thursday, 18th December 2025
- Venue: Kenya Medical Training Centre (Nairobi Campus only)
iv) Online Applications for Index Numbers
Applicants without index numbers must first apply online via Online Services Portal before submitting their applications for professional examinations. This indexing application platform remains open.Contact Information
